Jelly Bean is the heart behind PetPawSit. After too many stressful travel experiences trying to find safe, loving care for her, we knew there had to be a better way. PetPawSit was created to give every pet the love, comfort, and security they deserve — just like Jelly Bean.

It started with a neighbor. He was recovering from surgery with no family or friends nearby to help — just his dog, Biscuit. What began as us handing out cards offering dog walks turned into daily visits, and by the time he'd recovered, we weren't just his pet sitters anymore — we were close friends.
That experience is why Animal Care While You Recover exists. So many people healing from surgery or illness have a pet who still needs walks, meals, and love — but no one nearby to lean on. We want to be that person for them, the way we were for Biscuit's dad.

After qualification & background check
Partners may not solicit, accept, or continue serving any client introduced through PetPawSit outside of the platform. This includes arranging direct payment, side bookings, or ongoing care independent of PetPawSit for a client you met through us. Any confirmed instance results in immediate removal from the Partner network, removal from the Partner network and enforcement of the applicable Partner Agreement, including disqualification from future reapplication.
After you submit your application, PetPawSit will review it. If you move forward, you’ll complete verification and any required background check, submit your Partner profile details and photo, confirm your approved services and service area, and then your profile can be activated for eligible bookings.

PetPawSit collects the information you provide when booking a service or applying as a Partner — including your name, contact details, address, and pet care information — solely to schedule, confirm, and deliver the services you request.
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with the PetPawSit Partner assigned to your booking so they can provide care safely, and with payment processors (such as Square) to process transactions.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by contacting hello.petpawsit@gmail.com.

By booking a service with PetPawSit, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your pet, and to be present or reachable as needed for the scheduled service.
PetPawSit Partners are independent, background-checked individuals who provide pet care and related services. PetPawSit facilitates bookings between clients and Partners but is not the direct employer of Partners.
Payment is due at the time of booking confirmation or service completion, as arranged. Pricing for each service is listed on this site and is subject to change.
PetPawSit is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, pet behavior not disclosed at booking, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 6 hours before your scheduled visit.
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before a scheduled visit, or missed visits where the Partner cannot access the pet or property, may be charged the full service rate.
